Ariella enjoys performing
American Oriental, Egyptian, and Lebanese style shows and dancing with her veil, cane, shamadan, zills, wings of isis, and fanveil. Ariella's study of belly dance began at the young age of 15. She has performed at restaurants, weddings, charity functions, cultural shows, and private events and has performed for crowds between the sizes of 10 and 1,000. If you check out the Performance photos section, you can see Ariella performing with various looks and styles of dance. Ariella has studied not only belly dance but also traditional folkloric styles of the Middle East.Her instructors include Shadia, Najmat, Phaedra, and Meiver De La Cruz. She draws additional inspiration from previous workshops with Mohammed El Hosseny, Bozenka, Mohamed Shahin, Amel Tafsout, Cassandra, Kay Hardy Campbell, Karim Nagi, Diana Tarkhan, and Mezdulene to name a few. Previously, she has been a member of Snake Dance (directed by Johara) and The Caravan Dancers (based in the Mid-Husdon Valley).
